Steps to perform
Inside
a 5m x 5m area, keep the ball in the air using any part of your
body except your hands or arms.
You must remain inside the area and you may start with
the ball in your hands

Kicking |
|
Steps to perform
Your
objective is to kick a moving ball into a 5m x 5m area from a
distance of 15m away. The
ball must not touch the ground before it enters the area.
The player moves the ball to one side to initiate the
action.

Steps to perform
Inside
a 5m x 5m area the coach throws the ball in the air.
Head the ball accurately back to the coach at chest
height.

| Dribbling |
|
Steps to perform
Place
5 markers to make 4 quarters of the centre circle or a 20m x 20m
area. Start from the
centre marker, dribble around one of the markers without
touching it then back to the centre marker. Repeat
this procedure until you have dribbled around all of the markers
using both feet to dribble and turn when required.
Score to achieve

consecutive circuits starting each circuit with a different outside marker
each time

Steps to perform
Your
starting position is on the penalty spot or 11m away from the
coach. The coach
throws the ball so that it bounces in front of you.
Control the ball and use only one more touch before
shooting / passing into a 3m corner goal from outside of the
goal area. Maximum 3
touches.
Score to achieve

goals in each corner from 10 attempts

Steps to perform
The
coach passes the ball to you along the ground from 10m away.
You must pass the ball back to your coach accurately with
a first time pass between 2 markers placed 2m apart.

successful passes from each foot out of a total of 10 attempts

| Shooting |
|
Steps to perform
From
the penalty spot or 11m from a goal, dribble the ball through 3
markers 2m apart placed toeither the right or left side, then
shoot into the nearest side of the goal.
Repeat the sequence but choose the opposite side of the
goal for the next shot.

right sided and 4 left sided goals out of 6 attempts from each
side
