To register a junior player simply down load the form, complete  and send to:

enclosing a cheque (made payable to Ringwood City Junior Soccer Club) or money order.

Notes for NEW players

Before they are eligible to play:

• all players must

• complete Football Federation Australia's (FFA) registration form (NRR 03).  Note that the form is a pre numbered, multi part form which must be completed in hardcopy.  The forms are available from the registrar or team managers.

• provide a photocopy of birth certificate, birth extract or passport  

• additionally, all U11 - U18 players must provide two (2) passport sized photographs
