To register a player simply down load the appropriate form, complete it, and send it to:

enclosing a cheque (made payable to Ringwood City Soccer Club) or money order.

Which form should I use?

If the players being registered were registered with Ringwood City in 2009 AND there has been NO CHANGE to any personal details (medical details, address, contact phone numbers, Email addresses etc.) then use the Ringwood City Soccer Club 2010 Player RENEWAL & Membership Form.

In ALL other cases, including if you are unsure, use the Ringwood City Soccer Club 2010 Player REGISTRATION & Membership Form.

Note for ALL players playing in the U11 or older age groups

Before they are eligible to play ALL players must provide two (2) current photographs.  The photographs must be small - 25mm x 35 mm (1" x 1.5").  The photograph is used on a player identification card which is renewed each season.  Referees are instructed not to let the player play unless they have a current identification card.

Notes for NEW Ringwood City players

Before they are eligible to play all players must:

• complete Football Federation Australia's (FFA) registration form (NRR 03).  Note that the form is a pre numbered, multi part form which must be completed in hardcopy.  The forms are available from the registrar or team managers.  It will be available on registration day.

• provide proof of date of birth (birth certificate or passport)
