2009 Junior Registration Day

The 2009 Junior Registration Day will be held on Sunday, February 22nd 2009.

It will be held at the the senior club rooms:

Jubilee Park

Reilly St

Ringwood

Melway 49:J11

 

Further details will be released closer to the date.

Summer Program for 5 - 10 year olds to continue in 2009!

Ringwood City's Summer program for boys and girls between 5 and 9 years of age will continue in 2009 on Wednesday evenings at Jubilee Park commencing February 11.

The program will continue until the regular Small Sided Football (SSF) winter program commences at Manson Reserve in April [more]

Summer Kickabout for Girls to continue in 2009!

We will have a break during January but will resume the Kickabouts again in February with the first session at Jubilee Park (Melway 49 J11) on Wednesday the 18th at 6 pm.  [more].

Also note that registration day for Ringwood Junior Soccer club is on Sunday, February 22nd at Jubilee Park.  It would be fantastic to see some new players signing up next season.

Grassroots Football Certificate to be held at Jubilee Park

Ringwood City will host a Grassroots Football Certificate Coaching Course on Saturday, March 14th. 2009 between 10:00 am and 1:00 pm.

It will be held at the the senior club rooms:

Jubilee Park

Reilly St

Ringwood

Melway 49:J11

 

The session is free and open to all who are interested in the early development of junior footballers.  There are no prerequisites and all parents or older players (minimum age of 15) are encouraged to join in and take part.

 

The session will be conducted by a FFV Football Development staff member and the attendees will receive both their Grassroots Certificate and the Grassroots Coaching Handbook for their on going reference.

 

Anyone interested in the Football Federation Australia's coaching program are encouraged to visit the FFA's Education Centre and review their Coach Education Program Brochure.
