Additional registration requirements for SSG participants

It has come to the junior committee's attention that we have not yet completed ALL the registration requirements for the 2008 SSG participants.

A completed FFA registration form (NRR 03) and evidence of birth date is now required for each SSG participant.  Previously these were not required for those participating in the introductory programs.

We have decided to complete these formalities at the start of the 2008 program, during the weeks when we will only be conducting the Introductory Skills sessions.

Accordingly, when we see you in April could you please:

1. be prepared to complete another registration form for each child and

2. provide a photo copy (which will be sent to FFV/FFA) of one of:

   • your child's birth certificate

   • an extract of birth for your child or

   • the relevant page(s) of your child's passport

For your information, and to allow you to gather the information required, the required forms can be found via the registration page of the web site.

PLEASE NOTE, that this form can NOT be simply filled out and send to us.  The actual forms are pre numbered, bar-coded, multi part and require signatures.  They can only be completed on the hard copy versions.

The committee recognises that the first week or so at Manson Reserve will be quite hectic as these formalities are completed and we ask for your patience and forbearance.  The committee intends to have additional members in attendance during this time to ensure that proceedings are as smooth as possible.

The committee apologises for the inconvenience and looks forward to seeing you all on April 5th (drought permitting!).
