EASTERN ZONE
PLAYER TRIALS
We are inviting all interested players to the first trials for the
Eastern Zone in the inaugural season of the FFV’s new Summer League on Saturday
4th and Sunday 5th October.
Players from clubs within the zone are eligible to trial within
their age group to represent the Eastern Zone against the other Victorian zones
in a home and away format starting
This is a great opportunity for players to develop to the next level of
football and from this summer onwards all state players will be selected from
the Summer League competition.
Coaches will be appointed by the FFV and Eastern Zone committee, but will be
contracted to the FFV and will work closely with the FFV to meet the standards
and aims of coaching that have been laid down by the
Trials will be run to select appropriate players for the 2008/09 season.
Selection will be in line with current FFV standards.
All players who participate in trials will be notified by email as to the
outcome and if they are required to attend a further session.
Players have the choice of trialing in the zone of their residence
or the zone of their current winter club.

under Summer Zones.

Please arrive at the venue 30 minutes prior to
commencement in order to complete registration forms.
Remember to bring water bottles, shin pads and
sunscreen.
